Kasey Sixt
Founder and Chief Transformation Officer
Kasey, a longtime Beverly Hills resident, has always been guided by two abiding questions: What's new? And more importantly, What's next? That insatiable curiosity has fueled her professional career across the entertainment, advertising, recruitment marketing, and technology sectors — from the early days of the internet in Silicon Valley to the creative epicenter of Los Angeles.
Kasey is the author of R.I.S.E. U.P. to a 10X Life: A Heroine's Guide to Conquering AI Communication. She is a well-known speaker featured at SHRM Talent, LinkedIn Talent Connect, Canada's Top Talent Summit, and other Social & Emerging Media conferences over the years.
A Ball State University graduate with a Cornell Business Certification in Artificial Intelligence for Design and Development, Kasey blends relentless curiosity with an AI First mindset. Her work reflects a lifelong passion for transformative technologies and the eternal pursuit of happily ever after.
Karen Traversi
Founder and Chief Operation Officer
Karen Traversi is a seasoned COO who helps organizations and individuals turn complex transitions into sustainable growth. Drawing on more than 30 years of leading start-ups and growth-stage companies across digital and tech, she specializes in aligning operations, customer success, and revenue strategy during mergers, rapid expansion, and organizational change.
She now brings this experience directly to women who are ready to harness AI to design their next chapter and build resilient personal and professional businesses. She partners with women to launch new companies, structure personal business plans, and bring passion projects to life with clear strategies, practical tools, and confidence in using technology as a force multiplier.
Karen holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Communication Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
